Guest speaker W. Kelvin Walker, CEO of the Dallas Citizens Council and Chairman of the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association.
Walker serves as CEO of the DCC, a non-profit organization comprised of CEOs and top business leaders in North Texas. Working in this role for nearly five years, Walker guides DCC on policy issues that move Dallas forward and serve in the moments that matter the most for the city. Since 1937, the Dallas Citizens Council has furthered visionary initiatives, leading to significant progress for all of Dallas. For nearly eight decades, the Cotton Bowl has been the shining star of postseason collegiate sports in Texas.
